What we do not use here

Member login uses a session cookie when you sign in; otherwise public pages do not set an account cookie. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party marketing pixels on these pages.

The host may keep ordinary server logs (request address, page requested) to operate and defend the site.

The policy shelf explains this public site and how a later job is agreed in writing. Where a signed scope disagrees with a shelf page, the scope wins for that job. Signed-in members may pay online (UPI/card) or request cash on delivery from the billing handoff page; contact forms do not charge a card. Hourly rates on the site are starting points; a month of care is thirty times that rate. A contact form saves your note and sends you a confirmation email—it does not start delivery by itself.

To request a copy of an enquiry, a correction, or removal of a note that never became deployments, use the reach engineers page from the same inbox you used on the intake brief.
