This page explains how the public site handles information you send. It is not a certification claim.
Form handling
A contact form is saved before email is sent. The record includes name, email, phone, company, role, service, and message.
Confirmation goes to the email you typed. The studio inbox gets the same details with your address as reply-to.
Failed email
The enquiry remains stored. The page reports when confirmation could not be delivered, including the provider reason.
Access
There is no public account listing. Enquiry records are not browsable on the open web. They are used to reply.
Production is served over HTTPS. Forms do not request passwords or card numbers.
Project files
Files sent after a scope are kept for that job. Access is limited to people doing the work. Retention follows the privacy policy when a job ends.
