After a contact form, an engagement is with COPLOST ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED, trading on this site as Coplost Services. The GST trade name is COPLOST ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED. Website notices may go to the principal place of business or through the contact page.

The site describes IT services: websites, custom software, AI, automation, integrations, search, and support. Project work uses an hourly rate. Monthly work is that rate multiplied by 30.

Sending a form does not start work or create an invoice. We reply by email. Work begins when both sides agree a written scope.

A fixed engagement is a named deliverable such as a site, workflow, or pilot. A monthly engagement is care or capacity for a period; unused monthly hours do not roll forward unless the scope says so.

Published hourly rates are starting rates. The scope by email states the rate and boundary that apply.

You keep ownership of copy, files, brand assets, and data you send. You confirm you may share them for the job.

Deliverables from a paid scope are yours once fees for that scope are paid, except tools, libraries, and methods we reuse across clients. Those remain ours; you receive a licence to use them as part of the deliverable.

When a job uses a model, the scope says so. Drafts that could reach your customer are reviewed by a person before sending. Contact forms are not submitted to a model.

Do not use forms for unlawful material, impersonation, or attempts to break the site. The acceptable use page expands this.

Starting prices are not a guarantee of a particular ranking, revenue, or outcome. Dates in a scope are estimates unless marked fixed.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement except where law disallows that cap.

We may update these terms. The date on the page marks the current version. A confirmed engagement keeps the terms in place when it was confirmed, together with its scope.
