Who this policy applies to
It applies to visitors who read Coplost Services and submit a project brief, quote request, or request for a conversation. Public forms do not require an account.
Questions about your information should use the contact page from the same email you used on the form. You may also post a written request to the principal place of business above.
Data we receive from forms
Forms may ask for name, work email, phone, company, role, service interest, optional engagement type, timeline, optional budget note, and your message.
We note whether the confirmation to you and the copy to the studio inbox were accepted by the mail provider. If sending fails, the provider’s error text is stored with the enquiry.
Public forms do not ask for passwords or card numbers.
Why we keep submissions
Submissions are stored so someone at the studio can read the job and reply. A confirmation goes to the email you enter so you have a copy.
Form data is used to respond to you, not to build advertising profiles.
Sharing
The studio inbox receives the same details, with your email as reply-to. The mail provider processes content to deliver messages.
Enquiry data is not sold and is not passed to ad networks.
If a later engagement uses a model provider for AI work, that provider is named in the written scope. Contact forms are not sent to a model.
How long we keep records
Enquiries stay while the conversation is open and as long as needed to answer questions about what was proposed. You may ask us to delete a form that did not become an engagement.
When a conversation becomes a project, scope documents, invoices, and delivery records are kept for the life of that work and for a reasonable period afterward.
Your requests
Use the contact page from the email on the original form to ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of an enquiry that did not become work. Written requests may go to the principal place of business.
We verify the request against that email before acting.
