Challenge
A trade supplier took orders by email. Someone copied lines into a sheet before the warehouse saw them, usually the next morning.

Orders arrived by email. Someone copied lines into a sheet before the warehouse saw them, usually the next morning. The shape was a single workflow: one trigger, one destination, a person notified only when a line does not match.

Approach · 02
It was not a new order system. The sheet remained the place the warehouse already trusted. The hour block was the smaller automation line because the path was already a checklist. If the checklist had not existed, the right first block would have been discovery.

The runbook is short on purpose. It covers a changed mailbox rule and a renamed column. If the supplier later needs several systems to agree, that is a system map, not a silent extension of this workflow.

Result
A single workflow from the order mailbox into the stock sheet, with a person notified only when a line does not match.
A composite is useful when it shows the boundary. It is not a logo and it is not a promise that your version will match.
